The staff knew my name. The hotel group keeps records of customer preferences. I especially loved the cranberry juice placed in the fridge for me. Ella in reception arranged for a monitor to be put in my room. I found this service a great value add.
The restaurant where breakfast is served is a dark room. I hope you will not get depressed. The pool is very close to the passing street, and when there is a traffic jam, you can wave to the drivers.
